The Especiales section of our menu is where our work really shines. Here’s what you can expect to find…
Taqueria: Taco ‘bout a feast! This generous platter comes with your choice of chicken, shrimp, steak, or mushroom tacos with all the fixings: cilantro crema, cotija cheese, citrus slaw, and pickled onion.
Enchiladas: If you come hungry, this is the ideal dish for you! Your choice of cheese, chicken, short rib or mushroom enchiladas, served with tomatillo or rojo sauce.
A La Plancha: Choose from chicken, steak, shrimp, or mushrooms. We’ll serve it up with sauteed peppers and onions and all of the fixings, fajita-style.
Churrasco: Steak lovers, rejoice! Our churrasco features chimichurri-marinated skirt steak served with roasted potato and a delicious mezcal onion butter.
Chicken Relleno: Stuff it! This delectable dish comes with roasted corn, arroz verde (“green rice” — so named for the color the rice takes on after being cooked with poblano chile), and poblano cream.
Mojo Shrimp: A true gift from the sea. This dish features garlic shrimp, chorizo, and jalapeno polenta.
Lobster Enchiladas: A fancier take on enchiladas! This version comes with succulent lobster meat and is served with chipotle cream, avocado, and queso fresco.
Filet & Pistachio: A fresh filet served with pistachio mole and stuffed tomato.
Seafood Poblano: A melange of lobster and shrimp is enlivened with queso fresco, tomatillo sauce, and crispy onions to top it all off.
Pescado Del Dia: The fish of the day, served Veracruz-style — that is to say, with tomato, olives, and capers.
Roasted Acorn Squash: Going veg? Go delicious! Seasonal vegetables are combined with garlic and herb vinaigrette in this earthy dish.

Our restaurant/lounge occupies a cavernous 5,000+ square foot space in Summerlin, and it’s decked out to the nines.
Stained glass murals and chandeliers provide an intriguing contrast to industrial details including exposed brick and beams and high, vaulted ceilings.
A living tree and living plant wall installation make it a beautiful space to behold and to spend time in.
Yep: our drinks menu is just as special as our food menu.
We’ve got margaritas, cocktails, beer and wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
One to try right away? The El Flaco — a delicious mix of Blanco tequila, fresh lime, agave, and roasted pineapple. It’s a little sweet, but also packs a pleasing kick.
